• By using the best practices and taking all measures possible, we deliver the best quality product to you.
• We do not compromise at any step of the process from manufacturing to dispatch. Fresh products will be packed and dispatched as per your order.
• Our order fulfillment is completely open and transparent to ensure that nobody has an undesirable experience. Despite that due to factors beyond our control the product/s could get damaged during transit due to mishandling or improper storage
• Once the order is placed, your order will be dispatched at the earliest possible date, subject to availability.
• The net weight, MRP, manufacturing date etc are all mentioned on each product packaging

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.  In unforeseen special circumstances, you may connect with us on pioneerenterprises30@gmail.com and we’ll try to accommodate the cancellation request if possible.

Refund Policy

• If you receive a damaged delivery or wrong item, please share the photos of the parcel on pioneerenterprises30@gmail.com or on whatsapp no 7506409830 and within 4 days of receipt of shipment. It will then be investigated by our team. If found to be right we will connect with you to send a replacement of the damaged items or incorrect items at the earliest
• If Khatu Masale Udyog is unable to deliver to your address or the product is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded back to you. This refund process will be initiated via our payment gateway Razorpay or online bank transfer and will take 7-15 working days for the same, depending on mode of payment and bank policy.
